1. Data collected

The request form collects only: name, company, email, phone, requested date/time, origin, destination, number of passengers, and the context and constraints of the trip. We apply the principle of minimisation: nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to process the request is asked. As executives' data is by nature sensitive, it receives reinforced handling (restricted access, logging, limited retention).

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to the request, quoting and mission execution: contractual / pre-contractual basis;
• Mission monitoring and accounting obligations: legal obligation;
• Commercial communications where applicable: consent, withdrawable at any time.

3. Recipients

Data is shared only with the suppliers strictly necessary to execute the requested mission (transport operators, ground providers), limited to what is necessary. No sale of data. No advertising profiling.

4. Retention

• Unconverted requests: 12 months maximum;
• Mission files: duration of the contractual relationship then applicable statutory periods;
• Technical security logs: limited duration.

5. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS), access segregation, limited number of authorised persons, protection against automated submissions, firewall. Storage is minimalist (no relational database at the current stage).

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL. To exercise them: contact@waylino.com (being activated) — or any other contact channel provided with your quote.
