1. Purpose

Waylino is an executive mobility orchestration service: analysis of a travel need expressed in natural language, construction of multimodal mission plans, sourcing from qualified operators and providers, mission coordination and monitoring. Waylino acts as an intermediary / organiser: Waylino is neither an air carrier nor an aircraft operator and owns no aircraft.

2. Ordering process

  1. The client states their request (form, email, phone);
  2. Waylino analyses, consults its suppliers and presents 2 to 3 priced plans, with limited validity (typically 72 hours);
  3. Any option presented as an estimate remains to be confirmed by an operator; no availability is presented as certain without written confirmation from a qualified operator;
  4. The order is concluded on the basis of a quote accepted in writing by the client.

3. Price and payment

The price includes the services listed in the quote, applicable taxes and Waylino's remuneration. Payment is made in full upon approval of the quote (100% of the amount), unless particular written conditions apply. Secure payment means are processed by a licensed provider; no bank data is retained by Waylino.

4. Cancellation and refund

The cancellation conditions specific to each supplier are stated in the quote and prevail; any cancellation is handled in accordance with those conditions and the written refund policy provided with the quote. Waylino never invents a condition that has not been communicated to it by the supplier.

5. Liability

Transport is provided by third-party operators duly identified in the quote, under their own terms and regulatory responsibilities. Waylino undertakes to require from its suppliers the applicable supporting documents (licences, insurance) before confirmation, and to incur its liability under applicable law in the event of a breach of its own obligations as an intermediary.

6. Claims and governing law
